Viewing and Sharing the Presentation (Adobe Presenter 6 & 7)
Once your PowerPoint presentation has been published with Adobe Presenter 6, you can still review, edit, or update the files. Be aware that if you make any changes, you must republish it. Then you can publish the presentation to your website or zip it and email it to your audience.

Expand the Zip File
If you created a zip file you will need to expand it before you can view it.
- Navigate to folder with.zip file
- Either double-click on the .zip file or right click and select Expand
- The expanded folder should appear in the same location as the .zip file
- You MUST copy all the files from the zipped folder into a new folder before you can view your published presentation

View the Presentation
To view or play a published Presentation:
- Double click the Index.htm file, which will open the presentation in a Web browser
- If necessary, click the play button to start the presentation

Share the Completed Presentation
Once your presentation has been published you can share it easily. You just need to remember to keep all the files together.
Uploading the Presentation to your web space
- If necessary, extract the .zip file and save the individual files into a new folder
- Upload that new folder to your Web server
- This could be your county or department web server
- The folder should contain the following files and folder: breeze-manifest.xml, components.swf, index.htm, loadflash.js, viewer.swf and the data folder
- Create a link to the index.htm file
- Once you have uploaded to your Web space and linked to the index.htm, you can now navigate to the link on your webpage
Uploading the Presentation to an ANGEL course
- Logon to ANGEL and access your group
- Navigate to the Content section
- Click Add Content
- Under Create an Item, click File
- Click Browse and navigate to the .zip file, click Open
- Enter a Title and select a File Type
- Click Upload File and allow the file to upload
- Follow the instructions on screen to extract or keep the file archived
Copy the Presentation to CD
Using your favorite CD burning software, copy the entire contents of the folder to a CD. Remember that you will need ALL the associated files and folders for the presentation and audio to work.
