  3. Then when asked if you want to close this window, click Yes.
  4. Click on "This website might require the following ActiveX control: ....." and choose Install ActiveX Control....
  5. Under the Security Scan icon, click Start.

  8. Click on the This website wants to install the following add-on: and choose Install ActiveX Control. Click Run.
  9. Wait while your computer is tested for vulnerability to Online Threats. Do not leave the window or interrupt the process. If you do the scan will stop and need to be restarted.
  10. When finished, your machine should have all green checkmarks or Safe ratings.

NOTE: If the Hacker Exposure Check displays the "At Risk" message and when you click on the Show details and then the View a detailed analysis of your test results links, you see that Port 23 - Telnet and Port 80 - HTTP are marked as Open, are you in a County Extension Office? If so, the two "open" ports are open for the ROUTER in your office. They are open so we can connect to and manage the router from University Park. This is a "risk" per se, but a manageable one.

NOTE: If you receive other At Risk or Possible Risk ratings, click the Show Details links. Print or write down these results. Contact Computer Support for assistance.
