Global Search Fields

Use the "Global Search" fields to perform a "find" without leaving Browse mode.

  1. Click Clear if necessary to remove previous search information.
  2. Click and hold on the first yellow drop-down list. Select your desired field (Ex: Mailing Codes).
  3. Click in the first white field (below the yellow field). Enter your search criteria.

To search for multiple items, the items MUST be separated by comma's.

Ex: type DA, BB, HO to search for the Dairy, Block and Bridle, and Home Owner codes.

  4. Add criteria to Global Search fields 2 and 3 if needed.

DO NOT press ENTER. They will not start the search. You need to click a button (either AndFind or FindAny) to perform the search.

AndFind displays records that match ALL criteria. Ex: people on the Dairy List AND live in PA.

FindAny displays records that match ANY of the criteria. Ex: people on the Dairy List OR lives in PA.

  5. Click either AndFind or FindAny to perform the search.
