There are many techniques for moving around in a worksheet. At any given time, one cell in the worksheet is the active cell. The active cell is where data you enter will appear. The address of the active cell will appear in the Name box, which is on the left side of the formula bar. Some navigation techniques move the active cell, while others move only your view of the worksheet (without moving the active cell).

Arrow keys
Moves the active cell left, right, up, or down one row or column.
Enter, Shift+Enter
Moves the active cell one row down or up.
Tab, Shift+Tab
Moves the active cell one column to the right or left.
Ctrl+Home
Moves the active cell to cell A1.
Click scroll arrow

Click in scroll bar
