Please check your Quarantine folder at least weekly. If you find that legitimate email is making its way to your Quarantine folder, you will want to drag or copy the email to the Allowed Senders folder.

Any messages that meet the preset Spam criteria are automatically placed into this Quarantine folder. After checking for legitimate mail that you want to move to Allowed Senders, we recommend that you delete individual messages or the entire contents of the folder on a regular basis to keep the size of the folder low, and to keep your mailbox free of Spam.
