Computer Selections and Upgrade Options
Below are the standard EN configurations along with upgrade options and/or accessory costs. Please submit a Help Request Form to get answers to any questions.
The Dell Latitude and Optiplex computers selected for our EN program are business-class machines, which have very important performance and durability advantages over consumer class machines. They also meet more rigorous production standards than consumer class computers, enabling improved performance and re-imaging capabilities that save important down-time for you over the life of your machine.
EN pricing includes a college domain fee, currently $456 ($114/year). This fee supports the college domain IT infrastructure over the expected 4-year computer service life, and helps the college keep your IT services affordable and sustainable.
Check Standard Software for the Operating System and software applications included.

The options and accessories are billed in full at the time of purchase. These items should be noted in the 'Special Notes, or Upgrades, Accessories, etc' of the Computer Order Form or on a separate page.
Accessory items can only be purchased through the EN Program at the time a new computer system is ordered. If you would like to purchase accessories items from Dell without a computer and receive an educational discount, please see Ordering from Dell below.

Ordering from Dell
Units that are able to charge against PSU budget/funds can order through the PSU eBuy Program. This option is primarily available to the University Park offices and Regional Extension offices. County offices typically do not have this option and need to establish Premier status at the Dell Premier login site to receive an educational discount from Dell. Purchases will need to be placed using a credit card or a purchase order. In many counties, the CED or a bookkeeper has this already setup. Most county offices also receive discounts from Dell through government contracts so you may be able to check and compare the costs. If you have any problem setting up a Premier access just forward any notes you receive from them to it-cas and it will be sent on to our Dell Rep who will be able to assist.
Some items can be purchased from the PSU Computer Store. Please note their order process at the eligibility statement.
