The Youth Development Annual Report (YDAR) is an additional module for the Youth Development Enrollment Program (YDEP). It serves as set of databases for end-of-year reporting.
Its primary objectives are:
The Youth Development Enrollment Program is a joint project between the Ag IT Computer Unit and the Department of Agricultural and Extension Education. The Ag IT Computer Unit designed the database and answers computer-type questions ('How do I get this report to print?'). The Department of Agricultural and Extension Education answers subject matter questions (How many times must a group meet in order to be classified as a 4-H unit?').
Support:
For help with FileMaker questions as you use the YDAR files, contact IT Computer Support by phone at (814) 865-1229, or by e-mail to: AgCompSupport@psu.edu.

The YDAR program for 2008 is announced. Before beginning the YDAR process, we would like to ensure that your office is using the correct version of the YDEP files.
Vince Verbeke from IT Support will perform an "in place" review of the files via Windows NetMeeting. This should take less than 10 minutes (unless files need updated). Please contact Vince Verbeke DIRECTLY, via email or phone to schedule the NetMeeting review. Vince may be reached at vcv1@psu.edu or 814-865-0954. Once the review is completed, Vince will send you the 2008 YDAR files.
