The Youth Development Enrollment Program or YDEP s a 4-H enrollment management tool for use by county staff to track 4-H membership, programming and leadership.
Its primary objectives are:
The Youth Development Enrollment Program is a joint project between the Ag IT Computer Unit and the Department of Agricultural and Extension Education. The Ag IT Computer Unit designed the database and answers computer-type questions ('How do I get this report to print?'). The Department of Agricultural and Extension Education answers subject matter questions (How many times must a group meet in order to be classified as a 4-H unit?').
